Great facilities, delicious food, and friendly staff made for a wonderful stay. The spacious rooms were equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was convenient, with easy access to transportation and beautiful waterfront views. We really enjoyed the wellness area with its variety of pools and relaxation options. The restaurant was impressive with a wide range of delicious and well-prepared foods. The staff was always helpful, making sure our needs were met throughout our stay.
The pricing of drinks and some amenities seemed overly expensive compared to what we expected, which was a bit of a disappointment. The demand for deck chairs and sunshades sometimes felt a bit overwhelming, making it hard to enjoy the outdoor areas fully.

The hotel had a great spa area with a variety of saunas and pools. the outdoor spa had a picturesque view of the lake. the location was easy to access by car and had ample parking. It was also a bonus that there were Christmas themed decorations throughout the hotel.
The quality of the food left much to be desired. the Christmas dinner lacked variety and the dishes were not very appetizing.
